Go to the settings and there should be something in there about managing your data. You can download backups of your posts/photos/videos from over the years if you want to first. Then there’s a deactivate or delete option. They have it kind of hidden, don’t want users leaving the platform too easily now lol
Good, I finally pulled the trigger on deleting my Facebook account after a few years having the app removed from my phone. Was nothing but people bitching about politics, shitty memes, and ads. Good riddance!

MODS, can we get a stickied post where people can share images that are easily shareable on social media? Things like tweets and news articles from VERIFIED sources that can be digested easily by normies browsing their newsfeeds. We need to get this information out to the masses and that will be one of the best ways to do it.
If I can help even a small handful of people in my circle of social influence see the truth, I would consider it a win. Enough people do that and the whole narrative falls apart.
