Surprisingly in CA, you have to bag the food yourself if you bring in your reusable bags. If you are buying the 10c bags, then the employees bag it. Also the few Starbucks that are open, non corporate only liscenced sellers in grocery stores ect, will not take your personal cups for a drink, or any cup for a refill. They just give you a new plastic cup that most likely will end up on the ground in the National Forest near by.
