Dude, the ADA is the sole licensing body for medical practitioners in the USA. If you, as a doctor, want to practice medicine, go against anything what the ADA wants you will lose your license. That is a monopoly. I’m not sure what more evidence you need as far as that is concerned.

This shut off other potential treatments and cures from existing in the marketplace. It also allowed for rent seeking rackets, to the detriment of people’s health, to grow in the guise of legitimate health care.
