Well i guess that goes both ways, if the military is ignoring him, and his ‘executive orders’ don’t go into the register, etc etc. does he have authority? There are different ways power can be exercised, and some are inherent in the office. However if that inherent authority isn’t being registered, I look as that as a signal that perhaps the authority isn’t really being held, something else is going on and he is just basically larping.
