Contextually, China is facing a massive deflation due to their industrial overcapacity. They usually export this via steel dumping TPP, OBOR etc
Since they can’t do this anymore they’ve had to figure out some other ways to get rid of the surplus, and feed the debt monster, without collapsing and causing an overthrow of the government.
In the Great Depression, for example, the Roosevelt administration payed farmers not to farm, destroyed crops, bought up the excess, I.e. turned the pork into fertilizer, in order to keep prices high so producers could pay off their debt.
What are the chances that a country would have a swine flu, avian flu, and epidemic within the same 6months during a banking crisis?

How else do you essentially lay off workers, prevent bank runs, de-lever, remove dissidents and essentially control a population, without causing a mass uprising and an overthrow of the government?
Well martial law is one way. Or you create a handy scapegoat, say there is a virus, and quarantine the population. But you can’t just quarantine the population for a normal flu virus. Thus, it’s an ‘escaped BIOWEAPON ... from the Americans’
That is the part of the propaganda we don’t get. They are blaming this on us.
Externally, the goal is to create as much panic as possible... to slow down down our economy, bide themselves more time, avoid defaults, and launder ‘aid’ money to shore up some more of the bad debt while no one is looking.
Meanwhile every other insolvent and corrupt government on earth is in on the scam, dipping into the billions earmarked for emergency funds.

The only significant deaths that have occurred outside of China are places heavily indebted to China due to their (OBOR) Initiative, including Milan and Iran, who might be being pressured by the CCP to spread the doom in order to funnel ‘Aid’ funds back to the mainland to shore up their reserves to slow their ongoing banking collapse.

They need to stop Chinese tourism to foreign countries(flight of capital)

They want us to go full lockdown to kill our economy, and get rid of Trump. Thus the dooming.
