Congress is going to be holding a vote on whether to accept or reject fraudulent electors, with 3million rabid Trump supporters outside, and billions more around the world watching. They know if he releases the goods while they are all watching, they and their whole system will be physically ripped apart, like a pack of pirhanas devouring a cow in the Amazon (as well as globalist leaders around the world)

These people know that if he releases it all, and find out the truth, 3million people are going to go absolutely apeshit, and they will be the target.

You only get the lasagne by following recipe. If you ignore the recipe, its a disaster, which is what Rand is proposing by saying the constitution doesnt matter.
Ehhh... but that how its supposed to work. Like I said, federalism flows from following the constitution, and is not a thing in itself, else the whole system falls apart.
Our Founding Fathers understood that direct democracy would destroy the republic and devolve into authoritarianism, in short order. But its also key to have the people to have the ability to pick their leader and influence the decision making.
Thats why congress has the final say for who is president, (specifically the House of Representatives) because they are the closest to the people. They know if they do not get it right they will be out in 2 years. All the other stopgap measures have failed(specifically the state legislatures which have grown anemic since the introduction of the 17th amendment) Thats why the founding father instituted the electoral college and made the final say go to the House , or else every election the most fraud would win!
It also why a popular vote is extremely dangerous.

Yeah, but its constitutional, so it doesnt matter. Would you rather have some pie in the sky Federalist ideal, or follow the constitution? The federalism flows from following the constitution. Its not a thing in itself.; if it were then the whole thing would collapse.
It sort of like if your neighbor steals your car, you call the police, but they wont seize and return the car to you, the rightful owner, because they are worried about violating the thief’s property rights. It makes no sense whatsoever

Uhh GF... that’s the biggest misunderstanding of federalism then. otherwise we would be a bunch of independent states with bilateral treaties like Europe.
The federal govt, is there to protect individual rights, states rights, and interface the wider world with a titular head of state, all of which are being violated at the moment
