No... it was Rand Paul being interviewed by Breitbart reporter at Turing Point. It was his own words. They were talking mask mandates the first 3 minutes, then POTUS the last 3 minutes.

Rand said he wouldn’t vote to overturn electors. He said it will ‘set a bad precedent’ He said he will ‘miss the president’
I like Rand, but I think he’s being led astray. If you are counting on him to back POTUS in this fight, you are misguided
