In that case it would force the democrats to uphold then objection, which makes the senate runoff race basically another presidential election

It doesn’t change anything. It leaves the door open for things to change in the future.

I’m not an expert, but I believe that when the votes are sent to congress on Jan 6, they can be challenged, by a house member and a senate member(which I believe will happen) then it is sent to he voted on.

Basically it leaves the door open for a contested election. If a case does make it to the Supreme Court and evidence of fraud is found, it makes a very good case for rejecting the democrat electors
