So, let’s say this ‘election’ is deemed to fraudulent for states to nominate electors based on the ‘election’ (before dec 12th) and states are forced to nominate electors based on congressional delegation. (He would win that vote)
Trump therefore isn’t ‘elected’ and therefore is eligible for a ‘third’ term based off the 22nd amendment
