This resolution can’t pass, and is purely symbolic. The senate won’t allow it and if they did the president would veto, and I don’t think the house would have enough votes to override such a veto.

Flynn binded himself by admitting guilt. I know he most likely did it to protect his family, but I feel like it’s going to be hard to get his case thrown out after admitting to the crime.

I really hope he is vindicated though. His case seems like a blatant abuse of the justice system.
