I believe he said there are two ways to win:
- legislatures
- courts
He is not confident on 1. However, he feels they will create enough kerfluffle to give SCOTUS the cover to say yournelectors are f’ed
Remember, generally speaking a court is looking to rule on an issue through the lens of law - you cant just go to a court to declare trump the pres - rather you are going to the court to allow the process to declare trump the pres
With that being said, i think he meant WI would not need the leg-court tag team bc the law is so strict.
Whereas every other will need a combo of leg and courts - with either path leading to the SCOTUS
Maybe i am super sensitive - but it seems like the Rs are pretty keen on using Trump’s slogans but removing Trump.
