Close. It is tricky.
Hes saying that for every vote for biden (think 1) was actually 1.3...the effect being that a vote for trump was .7 of a vote.
Hes saying the possibility may be that Independents broke hard - but unlikely
Totally get it friend, but my point is separate legal argument vs PR/political game
Hes perfect for the R PR game
For legal or Dem PR he is moot as a R politician. He literally could have personally landed on the moon and came back - it wouldnt matter
You may be right, but again, he was hired as a NASA engineer and I believe (fact check Evan?) worked for Microsoft - either way pretty sure he’s ok as far as the PR goes
Regardless circle back, hes a GOP politician - he could be Al Gore-esque in his knowledge of the internet, nobody would believe him
I get your point - tho pretty sure dude worked for NASA and under cross examination, im sure he’d be A-ok.
I took his point 1 as meaning it should not have been connected to anything
And point 2 is again the they wouldn't shoe him either way
Although, no worrie, as a GOP politician, half the country wouldnt believe him anyway
I agree. On a cultural level.
Lots of his actual political analysis was iffy at best - and often inconsistent.
There is def a value to Milo...but misapplied, he can become useless (unfortunately) or worse - counterproductive.
For example, candance O actually created a blexit movement...
milo essentially made money - same as Ann Coulter - nothing wrong with it
Not a doomer by any stretch, just want to be real: Probability in court is iffy and expert witnesses are a crapshoot...joke in lawyer circles is about you can get an expert witness for anything.
IMO. Best shot comes from breaks in the law or court precedent - therefore strongest arguments:
- observer violations in various states
- Parnell’s mail-in case in PA
- WI’s absentee issue
- MI’s overvoting problems
- GA’s fake pipe-secret counting combo
- NV’s signature and out-of-state double voters
- AZ’s Maricopa problems
Seriously. Did anybody think this was a slam dunk? We all sit around and build up the movement as unstoppable - and when somebody states the truth people get loony and doomy.
I refuse to be like multi-gendered crazies who cant accept the truth.
Trump is up against the wall here.
Without an honest court opinion or courageous state legislatures, there is nothing legally he can do. Problem is that truthfulness and courage are not in high supply in either realm.
Ads make money.
Bannon was indicted.
Dude actually made the jump to real-world and worked in WH.
Regardless of the disagreements, he earned the right to stutter, stammer, cut off, or go to commercial.
Hannity, Tucker, Laura, even Levin all are talking heads with no big-league experience.
Neither do the oodles of Twitteratti, like Poso, Cerno, and the like.
This is complex stuff. Basically, in really simplified terms, there are ultimately only two ways to become president:
- Get 270 electoral votes.
- Nobody get 270, win by contingent election (each state via House delegation gets one vote)
Everything you are seeing now (state court cases, federal court cases, Leg sessions) are aiming for either of those.
How? The US Constitution doesnt say all that much about voting - but does say each State Leg myst decide how to award its electors.
In this particular case, wresting away who decides to appoint the electors - which PALeg should have never given up. So PA and MI are dealing with election system fraud - not much chance of getting enough votes to switch an election outcome - you are looking more to the Leg in both states to say, “WTF...we think Trump won” and award the electors accordingly OR NOT AT ALL (huge overlooked point/option) bc it was so f’ed up. This is worth 39 EVs.
Yet PA is a totally dif situation than say Nevada. Nevada, AZ, WI, and GA are so close, the actions seem to be to discount votes and have Trump be certified the winner and thus get the electors under normal circumstances. This would account for 39 EVs, as well, I believe. Think voter fraud versus election fraud.
People prefer order and avoid chaos, yet dont understand either.
They are told what is order/chaos, and believe it to be true. Not sure why.
Warning: personal religious infusion- As a Catholic (and if you are a Christian), we have an answer, this is to be expected as evil will be called good and good will be called evil. God basically said at the end the Devil will confused everything so much, it will be brazen and unrecognizable. Think: abortion saves lives; illegal is legal; men can have periods and the list goes on.
I love this guy is hammering the nerd climax - and everybody is like wut—-
