A friend of mine had the vinyl sign made and put it on this abandoned sailboat. Too funny!

If they are, then whoever faked this can be charged. Notice Jussie, I mean Bubba, has plausible deniability since he never saw the noose. This will fall on some lowly crew member. Then again, this is Chris Wray’s FBI, they are probably in on it. How hard is it to check the cameras in the garage?

Racism is so prevalent today, the left has to create instances of it to be newsworthy. Fuck NASCAR, Bubba Wallace, and anyone else the virtue signaled on this bullshit. Knew it stunk from the beginning.

The law and God look at them as equal. Special legal privileges are afforded by us, regular citizens. A noble class isn't given the power by citizens. In our government, power is derived from the people, not the other way around which is what you are asserting.

I'm done here. Your perceived racial superiority to others as well as your elementary understanding of law and logic is nauseating.

Just another attorney, not some racist jackass on the internet. I'm loyal to all legal Americans and the rule of law, not your twisted racist version of it. My race has nothing to do with anything as an American. We are all equal under God and the Constitution.

""A citizen, really the only time that person can use, if it’s not a law enforcement person, can use force is for protection of himself and his property or his residence," said Phillips.

Philips said he’s watched this video of Arbery being shot to death several times.

"From my interpretation of the law there was not a legal arrest because the man was jogging unless they can prove that they had seen him commit an offense, I don’t see how they can justify that as an arrest by a private person," he said. "I don’t see how they can justify the use of force because the man was unarmed and they could not have been in fear of their life but they used deadly force and then he was not trying to invade their property.""

As someone who is a practicing real estate broker for the last 20 years, it happens all the time. It's not something people typically care about.

Again, you need to learn what the courts have said about a citizens arrest, this wouldn't apply as their use of force was excessive in comparison to the "crime" committed.

It wasn’t locked, it was an open house that either had no locks yet or doors. Millions of people walk through homes under construction that aren’t theirs to look at them. As a real estate broker, it is extremely common.
