These college professors are too stupid to understand that there are tools to download the video regardless of what countermeasures the college puts in place. Even the trickiest site can't stop you from using your phone to take a video of the screen.
Lots of doctors and healthcare workers use it to help with existing patients who are homebound or rural. Even with how it runs now, you need to do initial meetings in person and the tele-medicine only kicks in with existing and established patients.
In non-doctor healthcare (mental health, people with developmental delays, etc...) you need to speak to people face to face and/or see their surroundings to ensure health and safety.
Basically there are paid products that allow for video chatting. You pay because the company follows all the HIPAA compliance rules and will sign a contract. You (until today possibly) can't just use FaceTime or Facebook Messenger without breaking the law.
