I doubt they are dem voters honestly..there is a lot of red on the breakdown. I feel they are suppressing trump voters because the data shows much more turnout for republicans until they entered the “absentee” ballots

They get printed at the statewide level but the elections committee work with private vendors for their supplies. They apparently only did this in swing states or at least the states who, after gap analysis, and consulting, decided to do it. Every state was mandated to put in some sort of ballot verification though and outline in their strategic plan for this very reason. If they didn’t, then their fucked. It’s all traceable. The DHS overhauled the election processes but how each state addresses their risk varies.
There were apparently 12 states that did this..swing states. I think when they do an audit, that's when they would look for it. But they have to go through the legal system to be able to go back and do the audit. If the legal team says HEY there are watermarks..the dems will have a chance to destroy all of the evidence before it goes through court and then we end up with nothing.
