No..many if not all of them are the device in conjunction with the process that it uses. Standalone process patents have different laws. If someone uses the process separate from the device, or vice versa, its not subject to infringement. There are five pages of patents and I don’t see any that are standalone “processes”. Method patents are utilities and valid for computer related “processes” tied to a specific apparatus

I would honestly keep escalating the claim. Do not take no for an answer. Keep asking for a manager and if they give you a no, ask for their manager. It might take a few hours, but you gotta get connected to the right person. Record the entire phone call and state your claim as well as the consumer laws that protect you. Don’t talk to the low level people because their job is to get you off the phone, but you need to escalate until you get the right person. HIPAA won’t work because they don’t have a contract with you or your healthcare provider. HIPAA only protects consumers from their healthcare provider sharing info to other businesses.
