The way I took it was the Q group was some inside group with special privileges communicating in some way with Trump. Perhaps prior to the decision to run in 2015. That relationship held throughout but legally they could not communicate to us directly. So hence the riddles. The one that convinced me Q was real was the tip top tippy top speech.
