We all know about the Uyghurs, and Russia really doesn't care about them if I'm being honest, but it's important to make note that it's not just the Uyghurs. CCP has also targeted ethnically Russian people living in Xinjiang, you just don't hear about it because there's only 11,000 Russians living in Xinjiang (about .05%).
It's a far more likely scenario for the U.S., Russia, and India to band together and end the territorial disputes once and for all (Aksai Chin, Tibet Autonomous Region, Xinjiang as a whole, and Hong Kong).
