I was scrolling thru insta the other night, came across POTUS' official Christmas Photo.

I went & showed it to my wife & said something like, "wow, look how great they look! Don't they look awesome?!"

This was after the photo had been out for a couple days & I'd seen it all over insta & other places because I follow tons of pro-Trump / Right-Wing accts.

Anyway, it dawned on me in that moment, and I told my wife, that no joke, no bullshit, no exaggeration; it was only then after having seen the photo probably 200 times that I realized that Melania was wearing a very similar tuxedo; I literally didn't really focus that much on her. Yes she's beautiful as fuck & I love her to pieces, but.....come on....she's not GEOTUS. I just didn't notice what she was wearing at all, despite seeing the photo easily a couple hundred times.

My wife looked at me seriously all creeped out & said that was weird. Like seriously weird she said.

I'm around your age & am the same; I've listened to Rush, and my family members (immediate and extended) have listened to Rush pretty much my entire life.

I have an extra special place in my heart for Rush because he reminds me of a dear, dear Uncle of mine who is like a second father to me.

In the way Rush speaks, his appearance; many aspects of Rush remind me very much of my uncle, whom I love dearly.
