Here is an email I drafted & sent to some friends & family the other day. My words:

Hello everyone; this is the Executive Order that I told you about on the phone yesterday.

This was written by President Trump on Sept. 12, 2018.

A link to it on WH's website is included, so you can & should read the full text for yourself - this isn't speculation / rumor / fake news.

THIS E.O. is what many of us are thinking is inevitable for Trump to enact / invoke, in conjunction with either the Insurrection Act and/or some form of Martial Law. Basically, stated as plainly as I can, this EO does a couple big - YUGE - items;

1. Declares a National Emergency. Doing this gives a President extraordinary additional powers and abilities to do things he otherwise couldn't. 2. Requires the DNI (Director of National Intelligence) to produce & transmit to the President a report / assessment of whether there was any foreign interference in our election. This report is due 45 days after the election, which is this Fri, Dec. 18, 2020.

3. Based on the report generated above in #2, this EO directs the US Government to freeze and seize the assets of anyone who has been determined to have interfered in our elections in pretty much any manner. The gov does this all the time for terrorists, drug dealers, etc; so this isn't a wild idea that's never been done - it's been done before, a lot. It continues to be done daily.

This E.O. simply directs the gov to seize & freeze the assets of anyone determined to be interfering in our election.

The best part is; Specifically; the EO states "any person" and it defines a "person" as: Sec. 8. For the purposes of this order:

(a) the term “person” means an individual or entity;

(b) the term “entity” means a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, group, subgroup, or other organization;

Think facebook, twitter, YouTube, dominion, maybe even the DNC OR BLM!!!!!! Etc. etc. etc.

This EO literally gives President Trump and the Federal Government the legal authority to seize, freeze, confiscate the assets of any individual person or company / business / organization that has been determined to have interfered in our election.

FUCKING HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the ability of persons located, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States to interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections, including through the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation, constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States. Although there has been no evidence of a foreign power altering the outcome or vote tabulation in any United States election, foreign powers have historically sought to exploit America’s free and open political system. In recent years, the proliferation of digital devices and internet-based communications has created significant vulnerabilities and magnified the scope and intensity of the threat of foreign interference, as illustrated in the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment. I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with this threat.

[Reminder that declaring a National Emergency gives a President EXTRAORDINARY powers...."The moment the president declares a “national emergency”—a decision that is entirely within his discretion—more than 100 special provisions become available to him." (quote from Atlantic article above).]

Sec. 2. (a) All property and interests in property that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person of the following persons are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in: any foreign person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security:

(i) to have directly or indirectly engaged in, sponsored, concealed, or otherwise been complicit in foreign interference in a United States election;

(ii) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of, any activity described in subsection (a)(i) of this section or any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or

(iii) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person whose property or interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order.

And THIS passage is QUITE interesting.....

Sec. 9. For those persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order who might have a constitutional presence in the United States, I find that because of the ability to transfer funds or other assets instantaneously, prior notice to such persons of measures to be taken pursuant to this order would render those measures ineffectual. I therefore determine that for these measures to be effective in addressing the national emergency declared in this order, there need be no prior notice of a listing or determination made pursuant to section 2 of this order.

In other words; the order to seize the assets of a dirty commie or any group, organization, business, who interfered in our election, will come completely out of nowhere & totally blindside them.

Miller had said in a statement following the publication of this story: "At no time has the Department cancelled or declined any interview. ... After the mutually-agreed upon holiday, which begins tomorrow, we will continue with the transition and rescheduled meetings from today."

Then on Thursday night, Miller — who was appointed Nov. 9, when Trump fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper right after the election — ordered officials throughout the building to cancel scheduled transition meetings.

The latest: Biden transition director Yohannes Abraham contradicted the Pentagon's official response to this story on Friday afternoon, telling reporters, "Let me be clear: there was no mutually agreed upon holiday break."

A senior Defense Department official sought to downplay the move, calling it "a simple delay of the last few scheduled meetings until after the new year."

"We had fewer than two dozen remaining meetings on the schedule today and next week," the official said, adding that "the DoD staff working the meetings were overwhelmed by the number of meetings."

"These same senior leaders needed to do their day jobs and were being consumed by transition activities. ... With the holidays we are taking a knee for two weeks. We are still committed to a productive transition."
