I grew up on a farm and did chores before school. More than once the city kids teased me because my boots smelled. I went to engineering school and washed cars and bartended to pay my own way. I earned every dollar that passed through my hands. I NEVER thought I had white priveledge. Now I’m back to farming and dang it, I’m too busy to hang out in motel rooms and do meth with male escorts.
