So it looks like if you give Biden NV he's at exactly 270.
If you give Trump the states that he's leading, PA, NC, GA he's at 265
If a WI recount can pickup only 20k+ out of 3.24M votes cast, that flips the state... it's done, Trump wins.
Biden has 0.6% lead in WI with 99% reporting (8p eastern 11/4)
Recounting WI and getting a 1% pickup closes the show.
