Dude has to resign that position to give legal testimony in any federal case. There's no two ways about it. If you want him to actually present the evidence he has gathered, he's going to have to quit being a US attorney.

You cannot testify against your employer, and sitting US attorneys cannot be brought up as a witness in an election fraud case.
