So there I was, unwinding from the week, playing my one of two "guilty pleasure" mobile games while watching something from my Digital Library. I admit I "double down" on rewards by watching adds, and 99% of the time I just ignore and tune them out. This add, was different. This add, was on
It's an add about getting the COVID Vaccine, but it's not just any add. This one had "Religious Leaders" (one of whom I know from the Catholic diocese) from all religions, Jews, Muslims, Hindi, Catholic, etc. encouraging people to "when it's your turn, get the shot."
I was set back a bit seeing that. First thought: what the actual fuck is going on. Why are religious "leaders" pushing people to get the vaccine? Then, when the add finished, I was almost enraged to see who was sponsoring it.

Why is the MDHHS buying fucking add time on MOBILE GAMES of all places to push people to get the vaccine. Peer pressure much? I learned in D.A.R.E. NOT to take drugs, especially when people I don't know are trying to pressure me to "do it". But of all places, over mobile game adds?! Never mind the game using location data against my will to feed me adds, but this kind of bullshit? MY TAX DOLLARS are being given to mobile game Dev's to sell add time to push the fucking "vaccine"?
I'm done paying taxes. This is literally the last straw. I'm PISSED at "organized religion" for pushing this swill that will soon be the "mark of the Beast" made manifest (can't travel, conduct business, etc without it). I have ZERO faith in the Government to do anything remotely resembling "the right/honest/integrity thing".
What happened to their 'blessed' separation of church and state? How much are they getting for this? What favors were promised to these "faiths"/peoples? My mind is awash with questions spiraling out of control.
Sure some of you won't think this is a "big deal", but look at the big picture of what's going on. This is FUCKED.

Keep in mind, my employer and where I lived was in FL, and was injured in MI. I've been in MI and unable to travel/walk/get around since Jan 2020.
My situation: I was injured while on vacation visiting family in MI, this was early January 2020. Had to have pretty invasive surgery, and was non weight bearing for 3+ months post op. In April I was supposed to go for PT, but per my doc, "Nothing was open due to Covid", and they'd see me in another 2 months.
June apt, they cleared me for "aggressive PT", but again, being in MI, nothing was open. My insurance started getting "played around with" by my company, who I won't say who it is for now, but it is a Large ISP in the US. From what I was told, I was showing "active" under insurance, but insurance wasn't paying for anything. I finally started getting PT from about the 3rd week of July through the 2nd week of August. My PT said my insurance was being bounced back.
I was forced to stop PT mid Aug, until I could figure out what was going on with my "employer", otherwise I'd be personally liable for the large bills for PT. I started looking into this and it came up that I was showing as "active" under insurance, but something was wrong. After a month of looking into this, they said it was a "glitch" and that I should be on cobra, but I was still "employed", and hadn't been separated with the company.
I had a 2nd surgery end of Sept, and still fighting the BS with the insurance. It wasn't until the end of October that I finally got an answer, that basically my insurance status was being ping ponged between active and not via some "glitch" I have an employee on record/recording saying it was a known glitch, and I'm not the only one that it has affected. Benefits center kept pining it on HR, HR kept pinning it on Benefits center for the so called 'glitch'. I'm in the middle left hi and dry.
Come to find out, per some stuff HR filled out and turned in, my benefits had been 'reactivated' late Oct, and covered some of the Bills I had, but since September, I have been forced to have Medicaid, because I needed treatment, and have not been able to recover fully from this fiasco.
In December, my employer sent me a letter saying if I didn't return to work by X day, then I was to be separated from the company, unless I requested a new ADA accommodation, which I did. To this day, I still don't know if I'm technically employed with them or not. Due to the backup in the medical system with everything being closed because of covid, I've FINALLY started getting PT that I need, within the last couple weeks, but between my employer fucking around with my insurance status for months on end, it added ANOTHER 5 months of recovery time. Had the COVID BS not happened, I would have been back to work sometime in early June/July probably, with light duty and restrictions.
I still do not know, as no one from HR or at the company has reached out to me since early December in regards to my employment status, so assuming I'm "separated" (fired) from the company, it's now wrongful termination, because they by proxy forced me to stop PT, and could not get better/the treatment I need.
TLDR, I feel my employer completely neglected me, and the covid situation due to difference in state, was forced(by proxy) to stop PT due to insurance "games" they were playing... and as far as I'm concerned have been fired because I was not able to return to work by a specified time my employer set, after they . I now feel there's wrongful termination on top of the insurance malfeasance. This whole situation has cause several severe bouts of depression over the last year, specifically from the BS they were doing with my insurance, and have fucked with my ability to heal/get better.
What kind of lawyer do I need to talk to? It's a very complicated situation to say the least, but I'm done getting fucked and screwed over, and I know what they did was wrong.
So I was at a Meijer doing some quick shopping for a couple things I forgot from yesterday's trip. I'm down the spice Isle when some white (mid 20's-early 30s) asshole with face tattoo's (the kind where he looks like he belongs in prison) walks by me and says "hey, you need to wear a mask". I reply with "No I don't, but thanks anyways." hoping he will just keep walking. As he keeps walking he tells me "it's the law" to which I reply "No it's not."
He then stops and starts to back track half the isle slowly 3towards asking why I thought that. I told him how Whitmer's order's were ruled unconstitutional, and the Health department had no legal right or recourse to do the same. I tell him it's none of my business what I do and to please carry on his way. He continues to question me about it and push the issue, still walking closer to me. I'm on a crutch and need assistance from walking from an injury earlier this year and was only planning on it being a quick trip to grab no more than 3 items.
He questions me further with a bunch of nonsense I simply tell him to go about his business, carry on, and don't know why you people have to go out of your way to harass me. Keeping in mind he's white as a snow flake, he responds with "what do you mean you people" as if I just called him a n**ger or something.
I can tell he's trying to escalate towards violence when he after I tell him for the 3rd time to leave me alone and go about his business he says "what are you gonna do about it?" The older woman he was with(probably his mom, or his GF's Mom) comes back and tells him "you don't engage with ignorant people" (clearly directing it at me while trying to rein in this man child) and try's to bring him back down the isle.
He's still making snide little remarks and I reply to him saying "why don't I get a store director to see what they say about you harassing me?" He says "why so they can tell you to put on a fucking mask" I then reply to the the mom and I reply to her "yea I should have known better than to engage with a flock of sheep" and round the corner not even getting the item I was after.
I went to the service desk and filed a complaint on the situation right after I rounded the corner getting away from that fuckery.
My blood is still boiling from it and I can feel my muscles starting to tense and pump up from it the same way from when I was getting shot at over seas. Same kind of rush that anyone who's seen combat knows some one on the other end is about to die. Not trying to "LARP" or any bullshit like some on here might think. I purposefully try to avoid those kinds of confrontations, not for my safety, but for theirs.
