We have no proof or reason to believe such a thing happened this election, yet, just the blaring geek warnings that someone wanted to make it an option. We'd need more data to prove it was actually used though.
More importantly,it is NOT the scam in play for most of the fraud we've seen. The Dr. Shiva fraud doesn't deal with this at all, and the shifts detected would be too large for it to be a matter of skimming one ten-thousandth at a time. Dr. Shiva's fraud takes place by machine during counting, not by taking advantages at each reporting. PedeInspector's fraud doesn't involve this because they are discrete notable transactions of large sums, not small sums everywhere for a Office Space hack. It just uses the low res information to see those spikes.
There are multiple frauds in play here. It should be looked into, and changed to whole number reporting yesterday.We have proof of many frauds, but not that one.
Show me the actual count of votes for each of those edison updates, then I could tell you. THat's how we could see the skimming.

If the NYT/edison dump reporting everything as a large integer of total votes counted, along with floating point point numbers to represent the percentage distribution, but it is NOT a float or a double in the true sense: they're three significant digits only: 0.000 to 0.999 None of them ever showed more than three digits precision, even when representing the percentage of >10m votes (i.e. we lose 100,000 votes worth of precision)
As a math dude and long time coding geek, it's offensive and the ability to fudge things is the only reason to ever do it that way.

Well..not quite. If this was done intentionally to drift votes slightly, then it would hopefully mean a concession that night, and people write it off as a 1% error because it's a done deal. It effectively makes the media reported numbers the ones used instead of the state reported numbers.
Then what is this proving other than reporting vote counts using a single integer count and floats to represent the spread is stupid AF and that person should be denied working in tech ever again? How can we prove manipulation and not inaccurate reporting?

How can we easily show and convince a pleeb that these numbers and the changes you're describing are the result of intentional shifting, and not just behavior explained by adjustments/changes from human error? How can we be certain a manual count of the votes would give different final numbers, if each ballot was counted properly both times?
Edit: To ask in the similar vein: how do these numbers compare to numbers reported from the state? If they match what the states report on their own (as they might if Dominion), then how can we show that a recount wont match?
