Hijacking top comment to see if I can get an answer here. It isn’t up to Pence. If Congressmen object to the results, the house and senate then deliberate and vote to accept or deny the rejection. We all know how that will go. Unless they accept the rejection- I’m pretty sure Pence can’t throw out the votes. Please correct me.
