i think one of the biggest issues is the effects of segregation are still being felt today as many of physical divides made back then are still being used against minorities today. Its very easy for someone in power to find out who lives where and just ignore the problems that area has. This also hurts the poor as lower class areas are never looked at and just left to rot.

Mass deportation is never going to be a viable option unless ICE is given supreme power with no checks and balances, which would basically mean creating a police state. China has shown exactly how bad that can get.

They are planning on keeping the House and taking the Senate to stone wall Trump for four years.

A lot of Senate seats are coming up and I don't see Dems losing the House as many of them are popular in their states so it is possible they could care less about the presidency. 2018 showed Dems can win state elections but not government positions. If Dems win the Senate and keep the House we are gonna get blocked regardless if Trump wins or not.
