Whoever controls the past controls the future.

Whoever controls the present controls the past.

I’ve been saying this for 3-4 years now.

Fuck the blue. They are by and large complicit in our destruction.

Back your local sheriffs.

I feel that way some days. Then I tell a Normie about some of them and show them proof.

It works.

I understand your sentiment, but for decades we didn't care what they said. One day we woke up and they were in charge and it is a shit show. Then we elected Trump and we thought surely we have recovered. But their army was more diabolical than most of us imagined.

It is vital to broadcast examples of the collective psychosis from which they suffer so those that still don't see have another chance.

If we need to use Conservative Inc., grifters to do it, so be it. They too will outlive their usefulness.

One of the jurors could be leaking to him, which would be a massive legal violation.

If jury deliberations are secret, how would a US Marshall know?

Think about the Patriot Act.

Do you think a Democrat President could have EVER gotten that passed? Nope.

But with Bush/Cheney under the guise of "protecting America" it passed with flying colors and severely eroded our civil rights.

See, I don't know.

One the one hand, he can't possibly be as bad, right?

On the other ... If he approved the deep state globalist agenda in small bites with the support of Red Dawg Republicans (a la Bush/Cheney). Is it really better, or is it actually WORSE?

My argument would be that the majority will fight tooth and nail against McAuliffe. With Youngkin, enough of that majority might go along with him anyway and he might be more successful in the long term.

Upon reflection, I think it is very likely we are both right.

While there was a level of nepotistic pressure from the Mayor, the DA probably looked at the case and saw what a stinker it was and was more than happy to push it down.

It is still a very poor reflection on the DA that he pressed charges, though.

I also think there is something else going on beyond a distraction from the Mayor who refused Trump's help. There is possibly a level of corruption the mayor fears being exposed and this case was taken to get eyes off the government there and give the country a bogeyman.

They failed.

Judge stopped just short of calling them out on it yesterday.

If there is a mistrial, judge will call it WITH prejudice and they won't be able to re-try him.

EDIT: Also, prosecution causing a mistrial is misconduct and subject contempt of court and disbarment.

The judge alluded to this yesterday but stopped himself just short. At this point, there will be no directed verdict or mistrial.

Also, if a prosecutor obviously tries to get a mistrial, that is prosecutorial misconduct and he can be held in contempt and/or disbarred.

However, you are a little off that the DA wanted no part of it. The DA didn't have a choice.

The prosecutor is related to the Mayor and the lead detective. Kenosha is the family business for them. He was put in specifically because they thought it was going to be an open and shut case and it would propel the prosecutor into stardom, elevate his status to be the new DA and eventually become the mayor.

Turns out 1) Kyle is obviously innocent and the physical evidence and witness testimony for both the prosecution and defense is clear. 2) The judge they drew won't put up with their misconduct. 3) The prosecutor is a moron.
