I'll take "things that never happened" for $1000, Alex...

I imagine there's an argument to be made for doing their duty and not stalling the appointment of the Sec Def. Others here mentioned that there's maybe a tradition of the Senate approving the Sec Def pick of the incoming President quickly and near-unanimously.

I'm not making that argument, but I could see Cruz and Paul making that argument

Chill the fuck out and learn how to use the internet. Whitehouse.gov has all of the EOs listed under "Briefing Room".

The entire purpose of Biden's economic plan is to tank the stock market so they can blame it on Trump and Covid. Then when the market recovers naturally and the manufactured Covid crisis is allowed to end, in a year or two they will say that Biden's administration saved the economy as it returns to early 2021 levels.

Gates has huge, public investments in fake meat companies that use chemicals purified/extracted from processed vegetables to create a substance that resembles natural meats.

WE were saying this in July. The President was saying this in July in much subtler tones. This isn't psychic. We all saw it coming when they started pushing for "universal mail-in ballots".

There's that lady in St. Louis that brought charges against the McCloskys, and the one in Minnesota that brought charges on Rittenhouse

This site is inundated with bots and bad actors...not much you can do about it but try your best to sort through the bullshit and not take anything at face value.

They're resting (conserving energy) until they get orders to move somewhere else. Active duty is a 24 hour job, you don't clock out at 5pm and go home and sleep when you're in the field. Never run when you can walk, never walk when you can stand still, never stand when you can sit, never sit when you can lay down.

This post makes it seem like these troops have been sleeping there all night, that's not likely. They probably arrived there very early morning and were ordered to wait. They'll likely be standing guard/patrolling streets around the Capitol soon after this picture was taken.

They're being fed...just because you don't see food in the picture doesn't mean they're not being fed.

These troops are resting in place while on duty, they're not camping out there.

Raskin was calling for impeachment before Trump was even inaugurated. He plays a very specific role for the House Dems.

BTW Raskin's son's death is no mystery...he committed suicide and his history shows that he basically had every reason to - raised in the swamp (probably abused), "second-year student at Harvard Law School — committed vegan and moral philosophy devotee". Was openly struggling with depression for years at the young age of 25. He saw his future and it was becoming his father...nothing mysterious about this type of person offing themselves on New Year's Eve. https://archive.is/Zezx5#selection-549.49-549.153
