If the dems are trying to rig the election, they need cover to do so. A super high voter turnout percentage (like WI at 89%) is impossible. They need these registered voters to bring the number DOWN so it doesn't look suspicious. Even if no vote is cast it is helping the dems.

Even if you didn't vote, this is still messing with the turnout % in MI. If they want to add extra ballots in Detroit, they need to have voter turnout increase too otherwise it will be a huge red flag. There is 89% turnout in WI which is impossible. This is what they are trying to avoid in MI by inflating the registered voters.

This is extremely disturbing and exactly how voter fraud could be masked.
