In related new, Illinois is working on a bill to require fingerprints when residents apply for their state issued Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) card which is required to purchase a firearm in Illinois. Let's just ignore the fact that the system is so backlogged right now, I had to wait 255 days to receive my card when I decided to purchase my first firearm and registered for my ID back in spring of 2020.
Yep, Jack Posobiec called him out. The guy's linkedin page mentions "Fulfilled Human Resources functions" and he commented on saving the Marine Corps $100,000 "by discovering and reporting over 1,000 days of unreported leave time". So he's a snitch too.
And that bacterial infection reason is bull shit too. Masks are worn in hospitals because they thought they should wear them back in the earlier 1900's and it's stayed that way. A 2015 study from the Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine looked at surgeons wearing masks and found, "overall there is a lack of substantial evidence to support claims that facemasks protect either patient or surgeon from infectious contamination".
From 1991, World Journal of Surgery, a study which included 3088 patients found, "after 1,537 operations performed with face masks, 73 (4.7%) wound infections were recorded and, after 1,551 operations performed without face masks, 55 (3.5%) infections occurred. This difference was not statistically significant...".
Masks are theater.
So easy to buy a gun, especially here in Illinois. Never really felt the need to own a firearm until Kung Flu bull shit then George Kirby overdose. Decided it was time and of course I have to apply for a Firearms Owner ID card from the Illinois State Police. Their backlog going into 2020 was bad and just got worse, causing me to have to wait 255 days to finally get my FOID card. Three days before I had time to get the the gun store, then of course the 3 day waiting period. So it's so incredibly easy to get guns it took 261 days from when I decided to get one until I actually had the weapon in my hands. So easy.
Another fun comparison between the Spanish Flu and the Kung Flu:
Life expectancy in the US is just under 80 years old, average age of Kung Flu deaths in the US is right around 80 years old.
Life expectancy when the Spanish Flu hit was 56 years old, and average age of death from the Spanish Flu was 28 years old.
Seems like a bit of a difference of severity between the two.
They say you shouldn't try to kill a fly with a sledgehammer, yet here we are with lockdowns and other NPIs trying to kill the Covid fly with nuclear bombs.
Yep. Every time I hear anyone blame Covid on things that were cleary caused by lockdowns and government mandates I make a point of correcting them. Even if it's just a rando I'm passing on the street, in a store, in a restaurant...whatever. They're getting corrected. I've encountered several non receptive people, but unless they run away from me they're going to have to hear what I say until the message gets through their stupid sheep skulls.
That's a pretty bold assumption that these people won't have died from the vaccine before the next bad virus appears.
