Got it, you’ve made the conscious decision not to believe in God and have decided to go further and be hostile instead. I was agnostic/athiest for 30 years and used to be the same way. I wish you nothing but the best.

Being able to find hundreds of hostile yet corroborating contemporary accounts of biblical events really is quite eye opening. Even back through the OT you find other cultures recording the same events.

If it were a fairy tale, it was particularly impressive how they got all the other cultures so hated them to play along!

They had a 2021 cutoff to the training data, and programmed in blocks to prevent it accessing current data or websites.

That’s awesome. Divorced 12 years myself and we get along just fine. Glad to hear the détente doesn’t stop when the kids hit 18 lol.

They only marched for 33 seconds, but holy shit were they making good time!

Obviously neither of us wants our children consuming filth and depravity, and we take different approaches — nothing wrong with that and I wish you nothing but the best.

The reason I chose my approach is because I’ve seen my peers with kids older than mine try to censor and control what their kids can see, and thus far I haven’t seen many success stories. It usually works well until about 14 or 15 when they go off the rails.

My approach seems to be working so far, but this is one of those projects where neither of us will be able to claim a win for another decade or two.

I’ve got a buddy who’s a realtor, sold about a house per week in 2020 and 2021. Two completed sales for all of 2022.

People can’t list their houses lower because that would put them underwater, but a significant number are people looking to downsize or cut costs, and they’re stuck right now. The glut of overpriced properties today are the short sales and foreclosures of tomorrow.

I’m scoping properties currently in MLS and driving around looking at the ones with deferred maintenance indicative of financial woes and keeping notes on my favorites.

Not much to say, 2004 RNC convention in NYC, outnumbered 300,000:150 and black blok decided to fuck with those of us counterprotesting the democrats parade. Tear gas, punches and a good time were had by all (well, not them so much lol)

Ice 9 would certainly save the polar ice caps and thoroughly preserve the polar bears 🤷‍♂️

That and traditionally the losing candidates “win”

Antifa wasn’t new in 2016, just a rebranding. I was involved in a fight with their predecessors “Black Blok” in 2004 and they were using the exact same tactics and similarly unable to breathe CS or deflect punches with their faces.

The last time I was in NYC I decided to go down to see the WTC site and new tower. It was just hordes of people all crammed into a disgusting landscape littered with trash and the entire city had a persistent cloying smell of body odor, rotting garbage, halal hotdogs and stale urine. The subway was dark, filthy and unventilated, homeless everywhere, young men in groups spoiling for trouble and women who looked like prostitutes.

This was probably around 2014, I can only imagine what it’s like now.

I grew up in cities, used to take vacations with other cities as my destinations.

I haven’t set foot in a town with a population over 100k in 5 years now and have no intention of ever doing so again. Shit, I even plan my road trips to avoid being anywhere near them and take routes where I can avoid buying fuel in or paying tolls to blue states.

The only thing I miss at all are museums, but I’ve found smaller museums and attractions satisfy the itch and there are still more places than I’ll ever live to see so I don’t consider it a measurable loss.

I bought a Magnum R/T back in the day. Transmission lasted a couple of weeks.

No need to shake your head, just let me grab your neck and take care of that for you.

Kidding… I voted for him too.

On a bright note, being propagandized into supporting the war on terror provided the historical framework and inherent distrust that kept me from falling for the clot shot, so not a total loss.

The only real thing standing in her way is that no one will vote for her. Not an insurmountable obstacle and recent history would weigh heavily in her favor.
