Funny, the local Walmarts down here (North Central Florida) are not putting limits on anything! So far one Target store is, that is pretty much the only place I am currently shopping, as I have about a 75% chance of finding anything I need. Compared to 0 to 5% chance at the stores not imposing limits.
Check some department stores like Walmart that actually have a section for R.V. supplies. Walmarts is actually of course in the automotive section. Found 2 (4) packs of R.V. toilet paper there. Sure it is not Angel soft or whatever but it wipes the butt just as well. This was in a store where there was no t.p. or paper towels, napkins or tissues in the store down the normal isle.
