I don't think any lawsuits have been filed for this particular county, but yes, they have been in Wayne County and Detroit I believe.

The trouble is, it will take a judge to halt certification. That is what the Wayne County complaint attempts to do, judge is due to rule on that one tomorrow lunchtime.

Counties can continue with certification while lawsuits are going on BTW.

Those votes haven't been added to the total in PA (that's where the SC have ruled on the matter). They amount to about 10,000.
