I don't think any lawsuits have been filed for this particular county, but yes, they have been in Wayne County and Detroit I believe.
The trouble is, it will take a judge to halt certification. That is what the Wayne County complaint attempts to do, judge is due to rule on that one tomorrow lunchtime.
Counties can continue with certification while lawsuits are going on BTW.

Affidavits are usually additional evidence. You are not going to be able to overturn elections on Affidavits alone, at best they may trigger investigations (assuming they survive scrutiny in court).
