I wouldn't be surprised if there's lots of false starts with each one getting closer and closer to the actual event.
That way anyone who changes team can be found out and ejected.

I'm the past they anticipated lots of room in exchange buildings as populations grew.
However, telco became more IT and the equipment itself over time has shrunk drastically leaving these buildings more empty.
In more recent years they have been selling this space for servers. I have first hand experience of this being the case in Australia. Wouldn't surprise me if it's the same in the states.
I got this theory that when you hear Trump talk, if his tie is blue, he's speaking to the democrats. If his tie is red he's speaking to you.
He also has different mixes of both colours if he's talking to both.
