Which is the book where a joint session of congress get bombed and they have to start rebuilding a whole new government? I swear I remember reading that on the back of one of the books. I thought it was executuve orders but I must be getting them mixed up.

I dont know about this particular word, but theres is such thing as a "backronym", where a word exists first, then a phrase gets invented for which it could be an acronym.
