Really good info here. This is the key to getting them to refund your donation. In my "pressing" them for a refund I made clear that if I was not refunded I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company.
I think so. The contact form for requesting a refund was not tied to any account with them. I needed to provide the last 4 of my credit card and the amount I wanted refunded. I think the most important part to get them to follow through with the refund was telling them that if I was not refunded then I would dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Doesn't have to be a millionaire that does this. It's a great idea. A small group of skilled and determined people could create a competing system. Probably very quickly.
