Actual body armor or military helmets will get heavy very fast if you are not used to wearing them or not in prime physical shape. Wearing them will be exhausting. Head protection is not a terrible idea but unless you are expecting a gunfight, take something that will protect you from tossed bottles or rocks like a bike helmet, a steel pot helmet liner (they look cool too) or a mechanics hard hat. If you are unfamiliar with those, that is what some diesel mechanics where when working on trucks. They look like a hardhat but without the suspension of one, kind of like an old time batting helmet (the ones without the ear protection bit). It protects them from bumping their heads when working underneath a trailer. All of these are lightweight and pretty comfortable to wear and will offer you a bit of protection against what you are likely to encounter if Antifa shows up.

I would think there are more coming, probably just waiting until the vote itself. The media has been all over those who announced ahead of time to oppose calling them traitors. The ones would should be hammering are those who announced (like Romney) that they will not oppose certification. We should keep the pressure up on all of them though.
