The court can't do much here. If voting was an organized process, it might be possible, but you have people who spend their lives working for county elections boards, earning $40,000 or $50,000 per year.....they are not the best and brightest (think Brenda Snipes from the Broward County 2018 mess). The fact is that they have no way of separating the ballots. Unless the Trump campaign is planning to verify every vote in the swing states.....and how would they even do that? Trump isn't going to reach into his own pockets to fight this. Once the campaign is out of money, he will concede and that is how it will end.
The democrats have an excellent ballot harvesting effort. That is why you see huge discrepancies between down-ticket votes.....those are likely the harvested ballots, but this cannot be proven. The court has no power, and once everything is mixed together, things will start to go missing, etc. The DNC will work to confuse, obfuscate, and complicate the process to stall for time. Meanwhile Biden goes into president mode and starts talking about policy and will pay no attention to Trump. The MSM will probably not cover any fraud findings, unless there is some absolutely radical information, ie leaked emails alluding to criminal conspiracy, or some on the record confessions of bribery fraud.
Ok, so Veritas has “100 employees ready to go on record”. And then what? MSM won’t cover Veritas, so unless they all finger the same people and it starts up a criminal investigation that leads to confessions, then nothing will happen. Like I said, once the Trump campaign no longer has the funds to keep the hundreds and hundreds of $300 per hour attorneys on retainer, then this effort will die out. He isn’t going to do this out of pocket. The MSM will continue to go after him talking about how unpresidential it is to fight the vote count when Americans are dying of coronavirus etc….fence sitters who voted for him will jump into the Biden camp.
