Not a few percent waiting. Basically less than 50k votes plus some provisionals around 30k. Provisionals are not going to count at the same rate. So assume around 70k votes remain, he need to get around .63 optimistically and .7 realistically.
Although I believe the court decision will favor the president, whatever decision they make, it won’t be to “hurt” either candidate. The court will not treat the state as if they are one in the same as Biden. Their ruling will be to support “fairness” so I wouldn’t expect them to say “any ballot that was not observed must be thrown out.” Or “now that you’ve removed any evidence of time received those must all be thrown out.” They will avoid throwing out ballets if legitimate ballets are among the fraudulent ballets.
So I just listened to the C-SPAN video and I heard the state legislature call on Governor Wolf to initiate an audit. This doesn’t confirm an audit will happen but rather they are calling on the governor to start one. More like a recommendation. Is there a source confirming the Governor has initiated an audit?
I’d love to see it happen. I just don’t think it will. AZ is no where near the corruption we’ll find in Atlanta, Philly, Detroit, Milwaukee etc..
I think Trump will win, I just don’t think it will be through Arizona.
