I still laugh when I think of that pathetic little farm they tried to setup.
A loose layer of dirt on top of some cardboard with some random plants still in their pots, a bunch of limp-wristed terrorists standing around it looking sad and confused.
That's nothing. They already for all intents and purposes own the Port of Darwin. I couldn't think of a better place for them to set up surveilance on our joint military exercises with the US every year, RIMPAC and Talisman Sabre. From there they could effectively have backstage seats for any navy elements we have along our entire north coastline.
They are more or less correct: Australia can choose to stop selling our iron ore to the Chicoms, go looking for new buyers. The Chicoms however won't have it easy finding another source of iron that would match us for scale or quality.
The comments in that video suggest it's old footage, pre covid.
Yes but nowhere near as serious. You get the usual loud mouth activists and soapbox preachers, but they’re not rioting and burning down cities.
Network activity warrants and data disruption warrants will only be available upon application to an eligible Judge
Huh. Seems familiar...
Fucking mind-boggling that it’s a lefty activist senator from the damn GREENS that’s speaking out against it. Usually they love the idea of being able to abuse their power to shit on people they don’t like.
Wait... for real? A VP can do that? Not count the Biden votes?
"Barriers" is being generous.
Piles of garbage is what I'm looking at.
So pretty much all of Google blew a gasket at the exact same time? How the heck does that happen? That's more than just some clumsy office staff tripping over a cable.
I thought it was just me until I came back to this site. For a brief second there I was worried that I'd finally been banned from YT after accusing a content creator of abusing animals, in the comments section of a video calling out the abusers behaviour...
But a ban wouldn't look like that "Oops" page.
And all that is just a sample from BEFORE any of this is concluded!
You’ll be able to feel the ground shake from all the screeching once it’s over.
West Aussie here. I've always looked at it like this: I followed the progress of the 2016 election, I sort of knew who Trump was, I knew he was a patriot but outside that I knew nothing of US politics. Who was who and which sides they were on, what those sides were, that sort of thing.
Inauguration Day came and went and the floodgates opened. I soaked up all the knowledge I could and while we were all still back on Reddit, people were never shy of explaining things to me whenever there was a significant event or if I wanted to understand where Trump was on different policies.
"Drain the Swamp" was a big one. Learning about the corruption of elitist establishment types showed me just how hard a battle Trump had chosen to fight. The guy was a billionaire, was living an amazing life and if he wanted to, could have lived out his days in style and comfort no problem at all.
He chose to fight.
I don't recall the last time we had a Prime Minister like that. Bob Hawke maybe, but I was very young when he was still PM and don't remember his time in Canberra all that well.
From 2016 to now I also learned about just how shit the CCP are. How they're the ones puppeteering Kim Jong Un and North Korea, how they treat people who want to practice their faith, just how shit they treat their trade partners (like us here in Australia), all sorts of stuff.
Trump didn't hestitate to asert himself. The second he was in office, he showed the world and every entity hostile to the US that he wasn't fucking around. Turned up the heat on ISIS to the point that there's only small fragments left cowering in their caves. He big-dicked the whole G20 crowd and called them out on their bullshit, criticising the Paris Accords, even while Macron made himself look like an ass to scramble through the crowd to stand next to Trump at the photo op! And what was Turnbull doing? Looking about as charismatic and interesting as a garden gnome.
He's established good working relationships with other world leaders. He got along with Narenda Modi so well, that just for the hell of it both the US and India threw "Howdy Modi" and "Namaste Trump" rallies. And let's not forget that whole "scandal" the media tried drumming up when Abe and Trump were throwing fish food around in Japan.
Trumps weathered every attack the globalist establishment has sent his way and remained completely unflappable the entire time! I don't know of any politician in Australia like that.
When international travel opens up again, I’m visiting Texas. I’m going to go on a HeliBacon tour if it’s the last thing I do!
Had to make a new account as my attempts at requesting a password reset didn’t work. Didn’t get any emails after clicking the prompt. Oh well.
Attacking them how? Is this that propaganda bullshit where they showed off a photoshopped image of an Aussie soldier?
