I think he got astonishingly lucky and won the Democrat Primary was split between a bunch of different candidates, and he was despised by the supporters of the other big candidates, who really went after him the debates. And then I think he got parts of Brooklyn to secure the vote for him, regardless of how the people actually voted (Brooklyn was the headquarters of Hillary's 2016 campaign). On this map, note that Manhattan resoundingly voted against him, and note that western Queens and Brooklyn are very densely populated parts of those boroughs with tons of apartment buildings, whereas most of the rest of each borough consists of houses.

...and Larry Elder lost that recall campaign in CA. Should there be no election at all? But it got more conservatives in that state and across the country to become more informed, engaged, and aware of certain sociopolitical issues. He's talking about so many things that are totally ignored or vehemently lied about in the media and in common local political conversations. Giuliani lost his first mayoral campaign and then came back to win the second time, and then got re-elected.

Republican Party candidates have won for mayor in New York City multiple times in the past 25 years (Giuliani 2x, Bloomberg 2x), and also won for governor of New York State in that time as well (Pataki 2x). Look at how Ohio and Iowa were reported to have voted for Obama in 2008 and 2012, but then, not even with all the Democrats' cheating in 2020, could those two states be called for Biden. The pendulum goes one way and then the other, and sometimes it takes a few or several years.

I believe that the Midterms will result us definitely representing the Republican Party. The Dems have a 1-vote majority in the Senate, and a 9-vote majority in the House. Even the extremely TDS-afflicted Bill Maher says it's an absolute inevitability that both houses will flip next year:

What would a civil war be these days? Just mini messy skirmishes in parking lots across the country, and the media will just zero in on certain cherrypicked victims from one week to the next?

Within my own family, I am the only person who supports Trump, and my family can't even deal with it; meanwhile, I could not care less about them supporting anyone else or any issues that I oppose. I just support what I support. I've never even thought "I fucking hate Biden!!!!"--I always just think "Goddamn, I wish Trump were back in office." But they have total TDS. And I think this is microcosm of what's happening at the national level between the pro-Trump and anti-Trump sides. It's very real! - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trump_derangement_syndrome

"They have way more guns and they know how to use them"...unlike Alec Baldwin!!

Also: Look at how the segment starts, with quoting MTG about having a national divorce, i.e. an amicable separation of sides, NOT a civil war.

Interestingly, also along the lines of a different appearance, I've noticed in the past several months that DeSantis has taken to wearing noticeably bigger suits (just about always navy blue, like Trump) and that he also looks more tan than he used to, and I believe he's ALSO looking to try to run in 2024, or yeah, to be the running-mate for a "DON/RON" ticket, which I've seen suggested here a few times.

nothing cannot be copied or out-innovated.

What do you mean? FB copied and out-innovated and out-promoted elements from MySpace, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest, and Snapchat, and also outright bought Instagram and WhatsApp. I can't stand FB, but that's what they've done.
