What I dont understand is why its so hard to remove the protections from these companies. They are acting as publishers. They are deciding what is "true" and what is not, censoring and flagging individuals accordingly... but the only reason that would be necessary in the first place is to AVOID being sued for users posting false information... Which is why section 230 exists...
The solution is very simple... Your rights to freedom of movement and freedom of assembly cannot be taken from you. So anyone who enforces such a law gets a bullet.
