So they write the info into their system then have the ability to sync up with different broadcasts from other rendezvous points. Yes 64kb is the window size, but the window size vs the size of the pipe and other factors can push the transfer?

I've seen SFP's with latency times ridculously low in environments with portchannels of x gigs being pumped out directly to data centers within seconds due to direct connection between public/private exchange environments.

Now I don't think the DNC has datacenter tech along with fintech for high rate of transfer speeds between services.. just I don't know yanno?
