After the civil rights movement the black communities became ghetto like and modern gangster rap was promoted by the music networks to encourage violence and promiscuity. the black communities fell apart and now we see the result of their efforts. I would believe it. I think that China is pretending to lockdown but they are really ramping up production and the big western corporations are buying their products enriching both parties.
