There's a legal term for this: Spoliation. Not that it really matters when democrats do it (it's exactly what hillary's people did by destroying blackberrys, etc), but when you destroy evidence the fact finder can assume that it was as damaging as it could possibly have been for your side. In this instance the maximum sanction would be to assume that every democrat vote was fraudulent and every republican vote was genuine.
