Then the President says “as per the letter, Bill will be leaving just before Christmas to SPEND THE HOLIDAYS WITH HIS FAMILY.”

The thing with these media websites/publications is: one site publishes it... then the others republish it.
The more that publish it, the more it looks like actual news. People are susceptible to this tactic. It works.
