I’m cold and my friend is in icu and I can’t visit

We need a doctor that we can trust to treat this flu in dc because I don’t trust the hospitals that are going to possibly kill my friend so they get more money so if anyone knows a doctor at the March to maybe give us hydroxloline. He’s coughing non stop
