good point. It's mandated, with no further action to be taken. With all the mail in ballots, I think we expect to be able to cancel enough votes. Plus dead people votes and non-resident votes.

Also, we are in the age of tech, where we not only have the tech to go through a lot of information, but we have skilled people who know how to use the tech.
