Real relationships with people outside the internet will drastically change your perception of society as well. The 2nd amendment doesn't ask if you subscribe to a 'well regulated militia', it's a fucking given that we form and maintain our family units, friends, and communities; from those building blocks the 1st amendment is exercised and the 2nd amendment is exercised if the first is transgressed. One person can't do shit. A community is a wildly different story. Politicians' nightmare scenario is a functional system that allows for consensus at the broadest possible level at every stage. Politicians have concentrated so much bullshit at the Federal and state levels that is specifically intended to sow discord and be unresolvable at those levels so they have an infinite product to sell, both to the divided American people and to the predators that want a bite of our prosperity and the product of our labor.
I thought that's pretty much exactly what theyve done (vis a vis sticking it to the EU, Germany in particular). I still remember Merkel and Germany trying really hard to force them to adopt their feckless immigration/invasion scheme and Poland promptly shut that shit down by reminding Germany that it was Germany and technically owed them wartime reparations big time. 🔥🔥🔥😂
Cults cannot tolerate differences of conclusion.
Religions cannot tolerate convictionless conclusions.
Convictions are what really matter. They are the tiny internalizations of truth we all discover and summarize via our conclusions. If you don't give a fuck why someone is or isn't convicted - e.g. you don't place having 'a reason for what you believe' above all else - you are living with a cult mindset or in a true blue cult.
It's important to realize that we as humans can actually slip/waver back and forth if we don't maintain our integrity and remain unshakable in thinking critically for ourselves.
Stay strong Pede; as the Battle Hymn of the Republic says: God died to make men holy, let us live to make men free!
I can 100% relate to your plight, albeit with 2 pinched nerves vs the nightmare you're going through. Consider it done regarding prayers.
Chiropracting over time saved my damn life, though I'd warn you that the quality and 'legit'-ness of chiropracting depends on the individual chiropractor. Good ones should measure your spine first thing and catalog how the spine looks, should look, and talk you through how they want to realign your posture to avoid placing pressure on nerves, etc. that can cause harm over time (wearing down -> cause sickness via exhaustion, etc.) or in spikes (you know what this feels like, doubtless).
Best of luck friend and my God bless your path to recovery.
Seems like an illegal drug manufacturer/distributor can only pass off so much blame on the individual "local" druggies.
The CEO laying blame at the feet of locals implies there is blame that Dominion doesn't demonstrably prevent and that blame could only be consumed if first manufacturered/distributed by Dominion.
E.g. Dominion/CEO = regional cook/dealer. Doesn't matter who huffed it when weighing their legal guilt. In this case, you could take it a step further and compare them to a controlled substance pharmaceutical company who simply has no records of FDA testing/approval nor any documentation for controlled substance controls per individual customer...
Honestly the military getting involved at all in the civilian elections process for anything other than possibly court martialling or riot control/insurrection act would be no bueno.
History shows the Praetorian Guard crossed their own Rubicon when intervening in the transition of power. It fundamentally cannot be a peaceful (e.g. successful, authentic) transition if the mechanisms of war have no qualms about getting involved. Unless they are authorized by the civilian wing, then it is a tyrannical act regardless of the outcome. This may sadly be necessary (see Turkey before it was destroyed by Erdogan as founded by their national 'Washington' figure, Ataturk), but even when necessary it is only a temporary measure like taking on new loans to stave off old crushing debts - the Pied Piper will simply come calling again that much harder unless a critical change is made to the system.
Probably because he has no quality control over this forum or direct connection to the content it hosts. Openly linking himself with TheDonald is one Chinese CP brigading op away from a thermonuclear PR meltdown from a common sense risk management standpoint imo.
Your mindset is on the right track, but Trump's strategic view/focus isn't on social media campaigning per se. He's always said Twitter was just a medium for him to speak directly to the American people, which directly jives with his indefatigible energy in hosting live rallies, etc.
Trump is absolutely a monster in terms of energy and drive to communicate, but the specific means isn't nearly as important. This isn't to downplay the importance of this community in any way.
Also consider that TD has arisen as a natural response to Trump being Trump. Trump is special because I don't think he overly cares for demographics, special interests, or fan clubs when it comes to being who he is and putting his message outu there. I think he loves loyalty and Americanism but that doesn't blend into the typical pandering you'd see from politicians who never define themselves. This COULD be modified by degrees to say "okay, let's give TD some more attention" without any problems, but people like Trump got to where they are by being extreme, unbendable people as it is haha. Modifying people like that by degrees is a fool's errand, and honestly its one of the qualities that made him appealing to me at least as a candidate back in 2015 and before. He was who he was - flaws and all - and I 110% wanted that as a political norm over the amoebus, godless eunuchs that populate the political class and seek to maintain their own power and the wellbeing of 'the club' of parasites above being definable individuals or, god forbid, unapologetically American and risk getting criticized by a mullah every few years.
To u/kekkk 's point, I think he's alluding to something called 'the Curse of Knowledge'. It applies here since its hard or impossible for most people to relate to what it was like before your 'eyes were opened' per se to the corruption, etc.
It's a pretty valuable mindset/tool to keep in mind: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curse_of_knowledge
None of this is intended to invalidate what you're saying - its meant to compliment your fire & drive to ensure you can persuade people rather than just... 'speak at them' if that makes sense.
Surrendering the West's achievements such as vaccines to the left without a fight isn't how we win wars.
Vaccines at a conceptual level are immensely beneficial tools we have to fight the 1st or 2nd greatest killer in human history (take your pick on whether tyranny or disease takes 1st slot). The fact that it is open to corruption, abuse, etc. simply places vaccines right up there with government, etc. as must-have tools we must deny our adversaries with regular vigilence, real expertise, and unflinching ownership over.
Treat vaccines like you'd treat your voting system - make it transparent, voluntary, and fully auditable as a precondition to acceptance. That is all.
Edit: I want to say I don't intrinsically disagree with where you're coming from. I think Alex Jones and those like him have earned immense credibility as 'canaries in the coal mine' warning of outlier influences, corruption, etc. the rest of the population fell asleep to for decades until it was nearly too late. With that being said, I don't think we need to accept the premise the left presents and we can outright deny their claims to our culture, education, films, vaccines, media, etc. by actually moving past 'conserving' what is right and moving to proactively lay out our own standards that must be met as a precondition to any acceptance/consumption above all else. This idea springs from how the founders treated the British government's attempts to inflict Tyranny - it's not about the degree of abuse, its about whether or not the government can both execute power and determine the limits of their power - the resulting abuses are non-negotiable with that reality in play and its why they went bananas about TEA, lol. I'm on board with fighting the tyranny, but I'd like to pursuade you and others to fight to expell tyranny from what is rightfully ours (what our ancestors made and gifted to us) rather than simply fighting to cede any ground lost with the aim of expelling tyranny.
Many thanks. I do say it with great regret because I listened to his show for years, not because I necessarily agreed with him, but because he is uniquely capable of putting out lots of raw information I wouldn't otherwise have access to.
There's been a couple big blows to my desire to continue listening over the past year which culminated in his election-night coverage of bluntly shitting on Trump for not rushing to suck Biden's dick as we literally saw the Dems throttling the true election results in real time.
If someone cheats, do not make it a matter of attrition until they get away with it. If someone cheats, yeet their ass wholesale out of the race to make a crystal clear point that the peaceful transition of power is NOT to be fucked with. Ben is 100% incapable of articulating that position because it would mean also potentially articulating that the left is one whisker away from embodying raw toxicity to our culture/treason and should be recognized for what they've chosen to become.
Ben's huge problem is that he doesn't just fight the left - his whole worldview has come to revolve around them. He fights them, yes, but he accepts every position they choose to start from without question and then measures his own value in being able to unravel (mostly incompletely and always well after the fact when it's mostly common knowledge) with his own facts-over-feelings approach.
This is amazingly unacceptable coming from a self-professed student of Andrew Brietbart who effectively ignited the culture war to fight the bitch ass surrender of our way of life to the far left. Shapiro doesn't fight, he's an arms dealer of fireworks memecraft who has long forgotten that you don't play with your food. He has become completely disillusioned with the concept of actually upholding our culture and American way of life if it means acknowledging the leftists as mutating well beyond anything remotely compatible with our founders dream, creed, or faith. He will abandon the gift of freedom so long as he gets to maintain his own standards of 'fighting' that makes zero progress in the war. Look at the people actually going places, actually doing journalism, actually in court, and actually making a change.
Then look at Ben. He's the right's equivalent of a beverly hills purse-chihuahua.
Agreed.
